Thanks for the suggestion... I don't remember having changed this setting and will take a look at it tonight. Will report back with any result!

Hope someone can help or share specific experience in this area! Our new BV8-40 is working like a dream, including its built-in DVB module, which produces a beautiful picture quality. It is a wonderful set and we’re extremely pleased with it. There’s just one thing not 100% that keeps bugging me in the back of my mind: I have recently connected

Thank you Emmanuel, and you are right, it is a huge change. We never thought of our LX as a small screen during its 15 years until we got used to the new BV8-40 (which took no time at all!) It really is a wonderful set and we absolutely love it. Best wishes, Merry Christmas, and an inspiring 2010 to everyone on this great forum!

Thank you ever so much for everything, the Beoworld community that exists because of the dedication of people like yourself is a unique place that I would not like to miss! Best wishes to everyone and I do hope to see many of you in the

Well done Lee. This action was probably overdue but I respect you for having tried to avoid it. Best regards, Eric

Thanks Peter... Would you consider the Beoport necessary, or would similar functionality be achievable by just controlling the Mac (e.g. with an iPod touch) and connecting the DacMagic output directly to a BeoMaster AUX input? Sorry for all the questions! Kind regards, Eric
-
Peter, How did you connect your DacMagic to your sound system? Did you use a DIN cable (?) to an AUX input on your B&O system, or is there a better way? Thank you! Eric
-
Lee, Excellent idea, and within walking distance! Please count us in for two! Great choice of location. Eric
