Greetings all, I have right now a link-room with a pair of Beovox 3000 but i plan to hunt down a pair of Beolab 4500 and for that i have bought two MCL2AV, one with Powerlinks-connections only (type 2034) and one with additional Speakerlink-connections (type 2020). I know both will run the Beolab 4500 BUT should both be able to run any of the new Bang

Ayay im all red in my face now of shame hehe Had a friend over that helped me check the switch and yea it was the switch that have been altered from Audio. Viola now display works :). However now with my new cables I have started to hear a faint buzz everytime there is a update on display (talk in data-pins) but this is only on right speaker, and while

Ahhh thanx for the tip, gotta check if that switch got altered while changing cables, ay ay bad.. hehe Saw that this site had uploaded much better servicemanual for Penta 2 and 3 now and managed to read in one that im supposed to loosen the screws if I where to check the display, but i will start checking the switch first. Hello agian :) Managed to get the distubance in my Penta 3 to end with new, better screened cables, but i think i managed to "kill" one of the dispalys (its black). Went back to my old thinner cables and still no display and checked the output of amp with other speaker and i get display there. So i looks like my display is abit broken right

Hi, Just bought a Beocom 6000 and got it delivered but I have major problems getting it too work. My Beocord 7000 was in for repair just a year ago, where they changed a electric motor plus belts and it behaves nicely now so there is a good chance they will be able to mend yours too. Mine had "strange" noices during playback. Keeping fingers crossed for your Beocord and Cheers MoglesMac Sweden

Hmm I have the exact problem as Beolab1 is describing and I know that previous owner changed the batterypack prior to shipment to me, maybe im in luck and only have to change the batterypack in order to get the "on-off-error" to dissappear. Will look into that, however i also have the pasky "problem with 2-way-traffic" but i think
