yes, i have a old beo4. you think i must have the new one with the new navigation button

hi i have the samsung bd-c7500 connected to my bv10-46 with puc. the only problem is the up/down and left/button don't works! (the installation have make my dealer). any ideas for this problem? tanx

hallo räuber was für einstellungen hast du ausgewählt (im menu) um apple tv direkt mit der beo4 zu bedienen? habe bei mir nichts gesehen... gruss & danke
