I just bought Beocenter 1 to be placed in the one of the kids room. It has a masterlink socket but does not have the Beolink end timer entrys in the menu. Is it normal that it from the outside apears to have masterlink but inside the card is missing? The original owners told me that it was without masterlink so a masterlink modul was ordered before

The MKIII plays avi formatet files compressed with divX 3, 4 or 5 according to the manual. I have never used it so i cannot tell you how well it does the job. Don't know about the blu ray player /Lars

Those settings should work. Remember that for your TV you must use v-opt and for the BC 2300 you must use a-opt on your Beo4. You may need to power off the mains and then power up again starting with the TV. And as I recall the powerlink cabel is needed only if you would like to control the volume by operating the BC 2300 directly on the panel. /Lars
