My beoport 5.00 hangs each time it performs the harddisk scan at 97% of step 3 of the process. I had the same problem with 4.83 and I was hoping that the 5.00 update would fix the problemen, but it didn't. I tried to remove all mp4 and m4v material that was on the same disk that beoport cannot play anyway, but that didn't help either. Anyone

Thought it was about 90 Euro for a top + bottom cover.

I'm thinking about buying a second hand Serene. Mainly to make the addresses on my computer sync with my BeoCom 2. How can I tell from the outside whether the docking station is of the DECT syncing type?

No, I'm not using IE. But how could that be related?

I get a total freeze of the program at the end of the procedure of scanning my harddrive, just like with the previous one. This problem started a few months ago and it's persistant. It makes BeoPort unusable. I hoped that this version would fix it, but it doesn't.

I'll sort out what Ridax is then. But could this BeoLink converter box do something for me? It says here that it converts ML to Datalink. And ML is on all my stuff..

Thanks for the info Graham. So I need datalink to control it and an amp built in to get sound out of it. So how will I connect data link to my ML network?

Dear fellow B&O lovers, I would like to add a second hand record player to my current setup which consists of a BeoSound 9000, Computer with PC2, BeoVision 4002. This record player should be of the kind that's thin, with a tangential tone arm and preferably without wooden sides. I want to control this record player with my Beo4 remote control

Mm, I just read Mac and PC somewhere you're right. But at the specs, they only mention PC software and Windows XP and 2000. No Mac OS at all and no iTunes plugins are mentioned. That's confusing. And is there an iSync plugin?
