does where you live has high humidity? I also have the same problem here in Hong Kong, dealer here suggested to use hair dryer, unfortunately it did not work for me, you might want to give a shot tho'

I found the lab 9 produce much more realistic in midrange and high frequency, especially in vocal, much more transparent and the bass is more precise compare to lab3+2. The bass is adequate for typical music listening, but i felt there is still need for a subwoofer to have a true cinema experience, this may change when they update the software on Beovisions

Hello, Are you sure about the Beovision 7 does not support digital 2-channel PCM? I have feed both HD ready and first generation BV7s with Music DVD contains PCM stereo track and it works fine. Or we are actually talking about different thing? Jimmy
