• Beosystem 2 and SP/DIF

Hi, Anyone have any idea how to use the SP/DIF input on a Beosystem 2? The manual says just plug it into SP/DIF 1, but it also insists on having the SCART feed the audio as well (at least in the manuals it does unless the source is VGA). In fact removing the SCART cuts the audio completely, suggesting to me that the SP/DIF connection just isn't

  • Re: Apple to introduce TV sets

i can imagine how you can think that, but the TV business works differently to those other industries.. $60bn pa of revenue is gained via the MSOs, IPTV and Satellite paytv operators and these contracts are not easy for the content owners to wean themselves off as they need this for content creation costs. cord-cutting isn't happening with the total
Here's who should be really worried about Apple making a television: cable & satellite providers. Apple wants the revenue streams associated with content distribution. Gillette will never make the highest end razor, just the one that moves the most cartridges.
Rubbish, Apple have no content contracts
It's not going to happen. Just enjoy your Panasonic.
You need the BV4-65 frame, the contrast screen, some tape and some self tapping screws - and the bezel of your choice. A sympathetic dealer can help you with the part numbers for these. The frame may be the most difficult part to get. The frame locates

  • Re: Beosystem 3 issues

Fantastic! After idly setting then unsetting the V.Opt options for the Beosystem 3 a few times, it has now sprung into life! I'll be VERY keen not to change much for quite a while! Thanks all for your suggestions - I guess I'll have to put this down to B&O foibles.....
There are good dealers and let's hope most are. But there are also dealers who don't give a *** about their costumers and who think all is done after the sale is made and the money is payed. And I think the problem in the USA or Canada it is not so easy to find another dealer nearby. Over here in Holland we
