I have a beosystem 3 as part of BV4 with built in digital tuner. Recently, the tuner has begun to 'stick' on some muxes and it has to be turned off and on again to get it back. Re tuneing has not helped the issue. Is it possible to reset the bs 3? Does anyone know if the latest BS3 supports mpeg 4 (HD) and a price of this module? or would it

[quote user="BeoFab"]Thing is at this moment Samsung is the leader LED producer. Pioneer left the market, Sony is not as good. So is Samsung, LG and Sharp, so unless i am missing something Samsung is the way to go in terms of LED screens. It would seem that more of the complaints relate to LCD technology than B&O themselves. Compared to plasma its a very second best and when OLED becomes a commercial reality LCD will fade away. Just a great pity that B&O could not lise with a better commercila partner than Samsung to at least give some sense of value to the product.

I see that B&O south Molton street have closed shop this week.

well LCD outsells plasma everywhere now. The marketing efforts have gone to LCD which costs 60% less to make than plasma and although for those that appreciate high end its better the vast majority buy on price so its lcd all the way.

come on if that was the case B&O would have simply purchased the dvd module that allows DTSMA for use in the BV7!! Common sense dictates there is more to it than that.

no everything isnt fine there is agreat deal of difference between true hd and DTSMA!! so it was not aneedless discussion the bv7 and bs3 do not support it What we found when connecting a system that could deliver DTSMA was a huge diference compared to what the BS3 could offer and further tests reveal it is not supported. If you fell that by buying
