I heard from a friend of mine today that the long established B&O York store will close on Wednesday this week. Depressing times for franchisees eh? Wonder where my account will move to now? Im a bad panny..... Roundhay closed last year too. The Yorkshire dealer who gets me as a customer next will possibly be gone inside a year too. YORK...R.I.P

Have to disagree with you there! I have been a customer for many years, and even one of the Directors has made a post on the site to say this is NOT true! Roundhay was excellent! and certainly a very busy store when I shopped there! however the 2 main staff members leaving was not good. The Manager went in his own direction and the salesman to the Leeds

Here I am, sat listening to fabulous Bang & Olufsen products old and new reading todays headlines in disbelief. What can I say? The wrong man has gone! yes, B&O has its problems.. lack of continuity in its product range [dependant how you look at it] but....... the figures say a lot. All markets grew with the exception of the UK..... come on

Hi, Thanks for your advice.... I managed to get the VERY last Big Square oblong, black PSTN from my dealer and amazingly....... problems resolved. We did try another of the new type PSTNs but with the same range problem. Interestingly, the new PSTN's will only support 1 DECT repeater unlike the older version. Surly this is a backwards step? I dont

Hi, I have 6 new BeoCom 6000 handsets and the new PSTN base station, but my coverage breaks up in my house. I have since bought 3 RTX DECT repeaters from my local store, but I still keep getting break up when on a call. The bases are registered correctly, and correct test tones given - and I was wondering if there was a more substantial DECT repeater
