I had the same problem with my Loewe. I made an adjustment through a setting on the back of the TV, which fixed the problem. (On my Loewe model, there were two adjustments outside of the service menu.) I'm sorry I don't remember the exact setting, but it is worth a phone call to a technician, unless you are eager to purchase a replacement.

I, too, discovered the same issue. In my case, I was trying to use SPDif, which BeoLink dislikes due to the digital signal.
