My Beotime has a dead mechanism, but I think it may be a different model. It has Heichinger stamped on it, and I haven't been able to source a replacement. I wonder if the hands would mount to this one? I'll try to post a pic of it tomorrow, if anyone has any idea where to find one it would be fantastic.

I can't believe that you are patiently waiting for a fix for your lemon. I would have excercised my rights as a consumer and returned the TV for a refund long before now.

The MK V has lower distortion than the MK II, they are interchangable otherwise.

  • A linkroom question...

When watching video sources on a Beovision 1 in a link room, how do I switch from the mono video sound on the link channel to stereo sound from the masterlink? Any suggestions would be most helpful!

  • Re: AV9000 error message

Error 1 is a communication error between the monitor and the speaker / sound processor. Check the short Masterlink cable is correctly connected between the TV (screen) and the speaker (triangle base). Disconnect the masterlink cable from other link products to rule out a problem with another product on the masterlink network. If error persists after

  • Re: Beosound3 don't react

The touch panel has failed. They all do this. Return it to your dealer for a warranty replacement.

  • Re: beolink 5000 issue

I don't recommend working on the Beolink 5000 if you have never opened one before. The display cable is easily damaged, and you have to replace the display and upper micro board together if this occurs. The IR PCB may still be available as a spare part, it contains the IR hardware and the lower keypad. I'd recommend checking with a dealer for
