Welcome to the Beoworld Forum! I assume you refer to a Beosound 9000. If you have done the checks you have described, it could be the laser having problems. It´s just a guess from my side. My fellow beoworlders may have more educated guesses. /C

Correct. Press List until you have GAME in the display. Then you press GO on the Beo4 to switch on. If you press GO again GAME mode is switched off . Best thing is to try if that improves your picture processing.

Yep, they are separate options. Film mode is only adjustable from the Service menu, so the B&O thinking there is probably that you either leave it on or leave it off, dependant on your preference.

You press "A.V" button until you get Audio or Video in the display, depending of what system you want to change volume on. You then move the pin up or down to adjust the volume.
