Hi Is is not possible to update via ethernet. This can only be done by USB. /Ehlerz

Hi Hiort I dont know about that, but hooked up to airport express OR a computer there is distortion when Itunes volume level is set to max. /Ehlerz

Hi Dave Make sure the volume on your Ipod is never higher than say 85% of max. The BS8 also has difficulties when hooked up co a computer and the volume in say Itunes is set to max. So instead of turning volume up on ipod, do it on the BS8. /Ehlerz

Hi Bas As i replied in the mail i sent you, the issue will be solved if you have your SW updated. This is a fact now that i also know your current SW version. So dont worry :-) /Ehlerz

Hi Bolingo If you have allready set it up using HDMI and a PUC controller, you should be able to choose connections, the AV socket used, and at some point after choosing the PUC "Apple remote", you should be able to choose some preferences like "Sleep at standby" "Sleep at sourcechange" or something like this. Maybe however

Hi, I had this setup running. For music, there is absloutly no need for a sub. The Bl9 deliveres without. However if you like having your couch shaking when watching a movie, ad a BL2. Be aware however, that the BL2 does not do a very nice job with music, and i dont know if it is possible in the settings to have the BL2 on in 5.1 and off in stereo speakermode

Also remember that your avant had a stereospeaker, while your BV9 has a mono centerspeaker. With the BV10, you are able to use "TV" to turn on "DTV". This can be modified in the settings, when the analoge tuner is set to "OFF". This however is not possible on a BV9. /Ehlerz
