I moved the movie file from the movies section of my places into the movie folder inside of iTunes music and the sound now sync's perfectly. Thanks for the tip.

I hear even the room at the dealer meeting will be all white! Maybe they will play "White Rabbit" or White Wedding" it's a little early for "White christmas" . It's better than White noise on white speakers! Hope all the video will not be in black and White.

I just tried Handbrake on Casino Royal and the sound and the picture do not sync correctly? Any ideas? The picture quality seems acceptable on my Avant but not the sound. I only have the Apple TV connected with right and left audio as the TV does not have extra speakers connected.

So did he tell you how many of the 1500 piece mystery product he ordered? Was he satisfied with it as well?

My dealer tells me that white 4000 and 6000 speakers plus 3500 will be available Oct 1. He did not mention a limited 1500 piece edition product but I would guess the Beosound 9000 since it is rumored to be discontinued in January and this would be a typical B&O way to renew interest in an old product. This thread could be debated until the end of time, and probably will. A point to ponder is that B&O has invested heavily in acoustic lens and ICE power that while making better sounding speakers to the golden ears has not captured the consumer preference the Beolab 8000 and Penta's enjoyed. So does sound quality really matter or is it only

In the 80's B&O used Seas drivers in the Penta's which are highly regarded drivers made in Norway. There are some now who say that the current Peerless or Vifa drivers used in the Beolab 5 are selected only for price and are not the best choice for a speaker of that price range. This is only one example of that possible debate on components

It's been 12 years since launch. That's a long B&O life span. Of course the fading CD is not helping.
