Hi Keith Based on your picture, if the phone on the right is a mark 1, the shape of the contacts in my charger suggest it is made for a mark 1 phone - the pins around my phone are like the one on the left which would explain why it does not fit. Is this how you see it? Makes no difference to my phone not fitting of course, but my curiosity has been

Thanks for those replies. So that's a 'probably not' and a 'yes'. Any other takers? I think it is a Mk 1 charger because the phone doesn't seat properly - it wobbles and could well fall out. Doesn't charge either. If the contacts are different however, the difference must be subtle - it looks like it should fit. Stuart

Does anyone know whether a BeoCom 6000 wall charger was produced which looks like the current brushed aluminium-clad version, but which only fits Mark 1 BeoCom 6000 handsets? I know there was an older version still (dark grey?) with a metal support for the phone, but I'm not talking about that one. I recently bought one on eBay but it doesn't

Woohoo, a winner! I hoped one photo might hit the mark. I also thought of calling it "Industrial Espionage", but that pacman quality was pretty clear when I put the two together. I liked "Nest" as well - the idea of the BS2 being a precious item. I look forward to receiving the armband. Stuart
