We're having a new kitchen installed which means moving our Beovision 6. No problems so far, but I'd like to connect an Apple TV to it in a 'tidy' manner. It will be wall mounted with a B&O bracket, and ideally if it could be mounted directly below the TV it would be discreet. However I tried stbrackets but they don't appear

Just thought I'd update on my configuration, since I'm taking the output from one B&O IR eye, and linking it to both a BeoSystem3 and also the BeoPort, simply using a 3.5mm jack splitter. I know somebody said they had been advised against doing this, but with my system at least it works perfectly. My mac now works like any other piece of

Can you post a list of which DVD make/models are available to support?

Any news on if any third party DVD players have been added IR-control wise?

Quick answer: No The Sky HD box needs to be connected with both HDMI and scart cables to the Avant (or in my case BS3). When used 'locally' the HDMI connection is used, when watched in a link room, the signal from the scart is used. its still a better picture (if its from a HD program) than normal sky, since its transmitted with a higher bandwidth

Main difference is that HDMI includes sound cables, but DVI does not. Also HDMI supports copy protection. You can buy a convertor to go from one to another, on a purely video level, the signals are the same. No problems with watching HDTV, other than you will need seperate cables for the audio.

I've also just upgraded to 1.5. Similarly used the enabler to put FrontRow on my non-intel MacMini, which works a treat. No remote control of FrontRow yet, since I've not yet plugged the IR into the BeoPort. I currently have an eye going into my BeoSystem 3, so assume I can just use a 3.5mm splitter to send the signal to the BeoPort too? (Can't

anyone have access to this list?

The PS3 and XBox360 both support HD out for games and movies. (although PS3 doesn't upscale normal DVDs to HD, 360 does) X-Box - need to buy the HD Drive add-on for movies, but X-Box+HD drive is still cheaper than PS3. Both boxes take firmware updates from the internet, and so any glitches are being sorted, plus new features added (e.g. one of them

In the current version of firmware (as of about 6 weeks ago anyway - at work so don't have version number to hand), there is no 3rd party DVD support. However, I understand that this will be added, and other people have mentioned support for AppleTV etc is coming. The engineer who did my last update also said in theory B&O would add support
