• Re: Get your BL5s set up right! 13 tips ...

Excellent article! I found it very interesting to read, and I don't even have a pair of BL5s.

  • Re: Ideal flat screen size

That depends on the viewing distance, yourself, what you're watching, etc. If you're decorating your room for movie worshipping, then bigger is always better. If you're just watching the news, you'd be fine with a smaller screen. We have a Beovision 6-26 in our living room, with a viewing distance of around 2 to 4 meters. It would be
Here's a better one of me, ice skating this Christmas with Olivia my daughter.. (can you tell i'm traumatised by the running pictures?)
I've run a half Marathon (over the Oresund bridge between Sweden and Denmark). I'd say you were probably traumatised by the running, not the pictures. But to stay

  • Re: What camera do you use?

Since december 28th I use a Nikon D60. I chose it since my brother has the D50 and is very pleased. I came with an 18-55 VR lens and a SB-400 flash. So far I like it a lot. Could do with more lenses, though. Particularly a long one. I've started to code a web gallery in PHP, so if you'd like to see some of my shots, visit http://home.fridsten

  • Re: Connecting CX speaker to my PC ??

Ben: Remember that you can use another brand of integrated amplifier/receiver to power these speakers, doesnt have to be B&O. Exactly my opinion. If I was to connect a pair of passive B&O speakers to my computer, I'd definately consider the Sonic T-Amp.

  • Re: Home Furniture

We moved to a bigger apartment this summer and ordered a pair of armchairs and a sofa. The sofa hasn't arrived yet, but the armchairs are called Jetson and have been designed by Bruno Mathsson. I think they not only look great, but are also very comfortable. The sofa's coming tomorrow.

  • Re: Beosound 5 Launch i Stockholm

Jepp!

  • Looking for a photo diode. Pref. in Sweden.

Hi everyone! I'm considering building an IR receiver for my HTPC. But if I want it to work with the 455 kHz signal from the Beo4, I need a photo diode, typically Vishay TSOP7000. Unfortunately it seems just about impossible to find one in Sweden. I tried farnell.com, but they only seem to deal with companies. Does anybody here know where I should
