You have to set the time in the docking station or tell the serene not to sync the time with the docking station, it's in the manual i just can't remember which page.

There are 2 modifications dependant on type number, the first is a SW update via the SD card slot and the second is a replacemnet top lid. I suspect that they tried the SW update first (in some cases this can appear to solve the issue) now that it has failed again it is deffinately in need of a new top lid ie. button pad.

Unfortunately, the masterlink is not designed to access A.AUX over the link. In some cases it works but if you ask B&O the answer is "it doesn't work" There may however be a software update at some point to allow the A.AUX command to be reccognised. You could try and trick the system though buy starting A.AUX in the main room, then

Blue abd Pink should be connected when done in this manner. However if you ahve any real concerns (but you shouldn't) just use a masterlink junction box to make the connectioin.

I'm glad it's sorted, as I said it wasn't an issue but a nature af the product perhaps not intuative but that's what your installation is for, they should have known about it really. Still that's the beauty of BeoWorld :)
