The BS3 does have a wall connector if you don't want to use the rechargeable battery... right? s

Keith, Thanks for that very detailed response. Years ago, when i was first getting into Hi-Fi, i first noticed it with my Pioneer Sx-580 Receiver and all that was needed was to unplug the unit from the wall and rotate the plug 180 degrees, and the problem/grounding went away. (And i should probably have titled the Thread as "Grounding Issue"

Have i actually stumped the group? No replies? You guys know what i'm talking about right? when components aren't grounded right and you lightly run your finger along the face of the amp, tuner, etc. it kinda feels funny. That's what i get with the 4000s. Thanks. s

First: I'm located in the US. Today, while moving my Bl 4000's on their stands, i by chance gently slid my fingers over the speakers (both L & R) and felt the famous 'wrong polarization' vibration. I never noticed it before and checked the Power strip (which is a 3prong plug and can only be plugged in one way and then the plugs for

Another question or two that the shop couldn't clarify: What frequency does the Beocom 1, 6000 & 4 work on. The shop thought the 6000 was 900mghz, the 1 2.4mghz, and the 4 was thought to probably be 2.4mghz but he couldn't find any info to confirm in literature or the website. Reason i ask is my current wireless home phone is a 2.4 and interferes

Is it true that you can get an earset for the Beocom 4? I know they make one for the Beocom 1. I was also told that you can get a wired or wireless earset for your mobile phone, like a Treo 650. Can anyone confirm? I got a refund from the government on my taxes and i'm looking for ways to spend it!!! Thanks. stevo

I didn't realize these are almost the same phones? As i understand it, the 6000 was the first generation and did not come with or need a base station to communicate with the other phones if you had them. The Beocom 1 looks the same but DOES need the base station to work at all - not just to communicate with other phones. (Meaning you can't plug
