Nothing is impossible, but removing an avant and putting it into a mahogany TV cabinet would be pretty close to impossible, and VERY messy. It looks like it is on a stand because that is how it's been designed, but really, that stand houses all of the electronics and of course, the speakers. Just line up the clips on the glass, to the brackets in the sliders on the BS4, VERY easy job, it just clips on.

Saw it today also, VERY expensive here in AUS (AU$990) compared with the USA (US$799), which is a shame. I do really like its sound!
