But don't forget that Loewe products are not available in North America as they abandoned this market several years ago. Jean

On a recent, Intel-based Mac, you can run either Mac OS or Windows on the same machine using Boot Camp or Parallels. So, you can run Windows only applications on your Mac as needed. Therefore, that "war" is a non issue as you have the choice of the operating system. Best regards, Jean

Chris, I have a Sony RDR-HX715 connected to my BV-7 and I am able to control it partially using the RDR HX1010 codes. Some features, such as the title lists of recorded programs and the TV Guide have to be activated using the original remote as these codes are not entered in the RDR HX1010 entry. Pour la Beolink 1000, pour choisir VTAPE 2, il faut faire SHIFT suivi de V.TAPE, pour CDV, SHIFT suivi de CD. Jean

Eventually, B&O should make more accessible the way of creating PUC entries. Having to wait always for the company to release new entries is very annoying. There are two cases where it would be beneficial to have the PUC generation software available: 1- One wants to control an obscure device which is unlikely to be added by B&O. 2- There are
Unfortunately divx, mp3 and Jpeg will not be supported Bye Ernie
The "stock" 2500 player (if the B&O player is indeed based on that one) supports these formats with a firmware update. Again, B&O should try to keep its own player current. Regards, Jean
It is a Samsung BD2500 internal blu-ray with BD Live 2.0, and i can´t see any diffrence btw the Sony s350 we use in the store...
If this is the case, then DTS-HD decoding can be added via a firmware upgrade as well as reading MP3, JPEG, DivX, etc See: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/download/supportDownDetail
