  • Re: CAMERA and Beo4

I use the Camera button in a linked setup and have done through various B&O Televisions - now BV7-40. Took a while to work it out. In my case video has to be on and connected for it to work. Great for a WII. P.Mute does not work. cheers, beoaus

  • Re: TiVo PUC controller

Well... I repeated the process below... I reselected and saved the G.TiVo puc in the STB Controller list with the manual option for power and standby management . Then disconnected the IR lead from the rear of the BV7. Seems all commands now work. I still don't know what I did wrong... beoaus.

  • Re: TiVo PUC controller

Thanks for the response. I have a B&O modified set top box controller list so G.TiVo is the only one I have available. Maybe someone has the full current list and can tell me if its updated. I don't think the TiVo 160 and 320 boxes are any different, the remotes are the same. The new premiere version available in the US is different and may

  • TiVo PUC controller

Happy New Year to all. I am using the G.TiVo Puc on my BV740 MKII. Frankly it only just works. The TiVo button is not mapped and the GO 1 thru GO 9 functionality does not work either. My Puc was updated about a year ago and I have the TiVo 320gb version. Is there a new version of the Puc or am I doing something wrong? Thanks beoaus...

  • Re: Finally in Quad heaven

Interesting story of mine. I was looking for a Beomaster 6000 quad for a few years. One came up in Adelaide that needed work eventually and I gave up. So I bought a Beomaster 3400 quad from a member here, fully restored... which I would argue is better sounding. A Beogram 6000 came my way as well. I've used restored RL60's speakers and the sound

  • Re: BeoVision 7 40 MKII with STB Topfield 5810 PVR (500MB)

I used a similar Topfield box with this configuration. Hope some of it helps. Used the DVI connection and the optical audio connection. The STB controller option will be Topfield 5800 from memory, though others may work. The B&O service centre emailed the Beo4 key mapping. I also upgraded the sound modules... The Ir lead was installed by the server

  • Re: Apple TV and BV7 IR lead

The setting was found to be AppleTV Australia, no others worked. The AppleTV remote had to be unpaired and finally the whole system turned off for 10min at the power socket with the IR lead disconnected at the TV. Its also useful to know that the yellow IR light flashes on the AppleTV when the sender is functioning. Took a while but thanks for your
