I have a BS3200 conencted to my Avant and the speakers on the Avant. How I fudge it: 1 - I'll use my STB by pressing SAT which turns on the Avant 2 - Use the onscreen program guide to find the radio or music channel I want to listen too 2 - I then turn off the avant (normal beo4 red button) 3- list on Beo4 until I get AV and then press SAT This

I've been fairly lucky so far, god saned floor boards so the gaps between the side boards and where the carpet went I can stuff a few powerlink wires under, good for speakers and hide the power coards under a sofa or two. Although am planning a ML wiring job to bedrooms, living room & study, I'm not looking forward to it though Being an

I'd say 26" is more than enough! If you like the BC6, can afford it, and want the options of surround sound later on and DVB-T built in - go for that If you like the BV8, can afford it, don't give a stuff about the above and an anti glare screen - go for that. Up until I'd moved to BV6 and Avant I'd never bothered with the anti

Peter: The return of the sheep! I had missed you! Still proud of my New Zealand blood! How many channels - and how many not limited to Rugby and ovine interests? *chuckles* and there's me an old Durham boy too I must say I'm so impressed with our Freeview offering, the giddy heights of Flossy1, Flossy2, Flossy3 AND Shrek1. No but really it's

Oh well you know B&O are out of touch with DVB-T when they're only just up to speed with us here in NZ! Am sure we're the last on the planet (With B&O Stores) to lurch into the 20th Century as today our DVB-T service, with the original name of Freeview, was launched today! Hopefully the DVB-T might work over this side of the planet too

I'd not swap a BC6-26 for a BV8. OK I agree for a link room TV it should have ML in it, but then again as I said perhaps it's not the market they're after. They're just wanting the people who have no idea and want to spend silly money on a big logo - hence the size of it. The price of manufacture (Eastern block) and the component price

Am I the only one that vaguely sticks up for the poor BV8? I guess it does what it's supposed to do, i.e., just sit in a link room, be it wall mounted or not and that's about it. I think they have missed the point of a link room or any TV needing more than just one add on link, but hopefully, they'll get over that, they'll have too!
