I got a BeoTime at the weekend, but I am slightly disappointed in the sensitivity of the 'touch feature'. When it is resting on my bedside table I can pick it up before the backlight comes on, and this morning I almost had to knock it off the wall bracket to put it to sleep. I find it is better to press the control pad rather that risk anything

My sister has a BV6-22, which she uses as her main TV and is now looking to get something bigger. She has been offered a Avant RF DVD 32" (Black) for £500 (excl. Beo4). This TV has advantages in that the built-in DVD means she can lose her current non-B&O player, and a digit box can now be easily hidden behind the TV. But there are disadvantges

In terms of UK price I hear about £5400 (not sure about stand options though). Ian

Obviously we know that Lifestyle AV is owned/run by Lee Marriott, Struer Design is owned by John Marriott, and Sounds Heavenly is owned by Steve Marriott. It looks less likely that 'only 1 business per genre can advertise', but more like that

The B&O Store at Newbury is relocating to Reading tomorrow, and they are offering all their display stock for sale. I was in the store this week and they have BL5's for £9,950 (less than 12 months old) instead of £12,450, so good savings if anybody is in the market for new stuff. Ian

Anybody have an outer shell for a BeoVision 1? must be in excellent / very good condition. Preferably black, but may consider other colours. Shipping may be an issue, so hopfully someone has the original packaging (or is very close by). Ian

I am surprised to hear of these problems regarding this bidder. I have sold to him in the past and didn't have any problems, he purcahsed a number of phones via eBay, and then a few extra items I had for sale off eBay. Due to the high value of the items (£400+ if I remember) I was only willing to ship using an insured/tracked service (which
