WANTED: 4x Bottom / Top Cover Beolab 4000 , color does not matter, may be scratched, but not bent due to improper removal please 2x Front Cover (left&right) to match above (frets already reclothed, the rest of the speakers is tatty and needs to be replaced) and a pair of Beolab 6000 frets as mine are damaged beyond repair, color does not matter

Got myself a MCP5000 as the hinges on mine are broken. Now the "problem" is that this MCP that I wanted to break for parts has a red label wich I remember is somehow rare? Could anybody clarify this? It says "PROVEPROD. 5000" on the label and has a 4 digit serial.

Die Beolab 6000 haben Gummisicken, diese bröseln nicht, sie reißen. Sollten also mit einer scharfen Klinge komplett entfernt werden bevor neue Sicken angebracht werden. Der Tausch einer einzelnen Sicke macht wenig Sinn wenn die anderen drei Sicken wohl in Kürze dasselbe Schicksal ereilen wird. Einmessen erübrigt sich wenn die Originalchassis

Let's have a closer look on that weird remote: and the inside: Built in 06/1989 according to the stamps on the upper and lower case. Basically it's just a Beolink 1000 with a thin metal foil attached to the front (as on all 80ies B&O gear, double sided tape:), they just cut the keypad to fit.

bought that remote, it's absolutely useless but I love stupid stuff:) seller charged 12 euro for postage, not that bad...
