If all else fails you could make your own... Spray some official B&O literature with lacquer - give it a nice thick coat and leave to dry. The solvent in the lacquer will pick up the print and suck it up. Cut the result down to the size and shape you want, then float it on a dish of water. The water will soak into the paper and soften it enough

Seems like you've proved the beogram is okay. Also that the preamp (tone controls) and power amp in the beomaster are okay. Assuming that the Gram2 socket is fine (first and easiest check!) that leaves the preamp (RIAA) . If your beomaster is the white plastic version, the RIAA will be on a separate board plugged into the main board - checking that

Thanks Martin, I suspected as much. The unit itself is very nice indeed - no damage, all the original bulbs inside still work so I suspect it might not have seen a lot of use. Sounds lovely. Cheers, Steve

I need some advice please. I have recently acquired a BeoMaster 900K in fine condition, but missing the multiplex adapter. Not an issue, I also have a scrap white-key BeoMaster 1000 that does have the adapter - so I've swapped it across and now I have stereo sound on the radio. So far so good, but there's a problem.
