I would like to connect a BeoSound 3200 plus a BeoPort in the main room and a BeoMaster 7000 plus a BeoVision MX5500 in a link room (through a BeoLink Converter) to a same MasterLink. Is it possible ? If yes, then how should I program the "Options" ? Thanks, Tibor

Thanks for the advice ! It seems you won [:-)] There is a broken wire inside the DIN plug. I will solder and check it tomorrow. It is clearly visible on the cable's plug fixation that a previous user pulled out the plug from the BeoMaster's socket taking the cable, not the plug [:-(] Tibor

Hi Martin, The life is not so easy... Mechanically it is fine. But yesterday I connected it to the BeoMaster 7000 and recognized that the left channel is deaf [:-(] At the weekend I have to trace the audio signal... Tibor

To bring the BeoLink 7000 into the test mode you have to apply 10Hz TTL (0-5 Volt) signal to the data input pin at the back of the equipment for at least 2 seconds when the unit is switched on. So, you have to have a TTL signal generator to do it... I also would like to check mine, but at the moment I have no signal generator [:-(] Tibor

Hi Martin, Yesterday evening I disassembled the Beocord. Fortunately almost immediately I found a broken wire on an open PCB on the bottom of the drawer. It was the lower red wire on the attached picture. After I soldered it back the fast forward, rewind and playing in reverse direction was fine. Then I checked the whole winding mechanics - the forward

Hi Martin, I have similar problem - I purchased a Beosystem 7000 on the e-bay. On last Monday, when I picked up personally the system from the seller the Beocord 7000 was working fine. At home it was able to play in any direction and rewind only for one-two seconds and then stops automatically. Fast forward works eventually. Could it be a belt problem
