While these might be great little products they are not on par with what the brand stands for. These are "petty" products. We need fireworks, like the BL5!
Well, there's a new speaker that will sit above the BL5 later this year.
I was so busy typing a

moxxey, You are probably correct. This discussion should end. I've had my Beolit 12 since this past Wednesday and am very impressed. Unfortunately for me my wife likes it too. I going to have to buy another Beolit 12 for her.

I would add one more item about the technical abilities of the Chinese. China is only the third country in the world to have a manned space program after the US and Russia. They are planning to have a small manned space station in orbit within the next two years and plan to be on the moon by 2020. These are significant technical achievements. China
Looks like I need to catch up a bit with this thread! I agree totally with Dkatz, manufacturers are constantly perusing a profit over quality. I liked the Dyson example, still the same price as they were made here, obviously making much more of a mark up. I don't agree that China has skilled workers, there is

Have you noticed that B&O says that the Beovision 12 integrated speaker, which is very small and flat (in fact, it looks even flatter than a Beovision 8) is design to be used with Beolab 5? That's interesting
A Beo4 remote can be used to control the volume and power off the Beolit 12. I would presume a Beo6 can be changed to add Beolit 12.
Also just noticed that when using volume control on the Beolit 12 or the Beo4, the volume is also changed on the iPhone at the same time. I guess this is how Airplay works but I
