Hi Ron! You can bring it to any of the stores in the city and we can have the voltage converted for you. Not sure where you're located but my shop is on 21st street and Broadway. Sadly this model was never designed to work in the US so don't expect the STB-C or tv tuner(s) to work. Hope this helps!
I love my Beosound, but it has stopped working with my iPad and iPod. It will work with a USB -mini USB connection to my laptop, but as soon as I place the iPad or iPod onto the connector it shuts off. I hate to return it for what cpould be something simple but I wonder if anyone can give me a hint as to what might

Wait ... so were you able to get the BeoMaster 5 to see iTunes match music? I was going to tinker with this some time this week but it sounds like you may have beat me to it!

Funny there's a thread about BeoPlayer ... I was setting up a new iPad in the store today and I noticed it has picked up and vanished from the US App Store. Anyone else seeing the same issue around the world?

Hmm ... You might want to take it to your local repair shop. I wouldn't advise anyone who's not familiar with one to crack it open. Did you have it shipped to you when you purchased it? In my years with Bang & Olufsen I've only seen a BeoLab 2 serviced twice and both times it was immediately after being shipped.
All very good, but that's a lot of money your going to have to spend just to get it to work with the iPhone.
The idea is that you're not getting all of that "just" to use your iPhone with it. You only need the MLGW and obviously some MasterLink products to actually get it to work. If that's
