Hi I am toying with the idea to connect an Ouverture to my Rega amp and B&W passive speakers. I like the sound of the speakers, and would like the convenience of using a beolink 1000 to operate CD and radio. For this I would need a powerlink to RCA adapter. Does that exist? Is it available via the dealers? Is there anything in particular to look

Hi During our visit to the torture chamber in Struer, I spotted a melted Beovision MX, 21 inch. This is not something you see every day, and on closer inspection, I even found out it said MS4000 on the front where I would have supposed it to say MX4000. Could this be that it is a cheaper version of the MX4000 that never made it to the production stage

Hi Christian and I are home as well now, the drive was not that bad (by the way Karsten, you overtook us (silverblue Peugeot 206) somewhere on Fyn ). Eduard got a copy of most of my pictures, I hope those of you that were not with us can enjoy some of the brilliant experience we had. Again, thanks to you all for making it happen and supporting the initiative

My budget only allows relatively standard stuff from IKEA. However, I recently aquired some used Artek furniture designed by Alvar Alto (table and 4 chairs in beech and black, a mirror). I really like the clean design by Alto. Chr.

Great, thanks. I'll drop him a PM. By the way, how difficult was it to replace the capacitors? My soldering skills are very basic, but perhaps I can get my father to help. Best regards Chr

Hi there I remember on the old forum Dillen (Martin) once advertised his capacitor upgrade (refurbish) kit for the RL range of speakers. Apparently exchanging the old capacitors will improve the sound. As I have just moved and my RL6000 are not installed on the walls yet, I thought I might as well put some new capacitors and check the drives while they

I am pretty shure that the beocenter 9500 has RCA line-out for that same purpose. I know my BC9000 does. Just connect it with a pair of RCA cables to line in (aux) of your Sony amp. I suppose you could get a powerlink to RCA converter, if you prefer to use the Powerlink. As Beotech.co.uk i can't check with the spare parts list. best regards Chr

At the moment I use my B&W P5 floorstanding speakers together with my Beocenter 9000 (which should be less powerfull than the BC9500) and it works just great. Plenty of control of the speaker, and at a party last weekend it could easily play very loud... In time, I will connect the BC9000 with a pair of RL6000 (when i get them wall mounted). By

Bought a Canon G7 before Easter... very nice, although thare are 5 pixel-faults on the screen, but aparently, Canon say that is probably within their quality margins (I am going to get the screen checked at a Canon repairshop later this week). best regards Chr.
