I think one of the biggest areas B&O could make a hit would be with dedicated music recorders/servers - lıke the Olive Opus. Combining a high-quality CD ripper, lossless and B&O's know-how in interfaces and multi-room, they can recaputure a lot of lost ground. Considering the very high price of the Olive and linn systems, I doubt a BL5 class

This may be a silly answer and not intended to be arrogant but Why? I have both the BC2 and the BV7. I use the BC2 for music (digout etc..) and the BV7 for DVD. Both units will (BC2 Audio slave, BV7 Video master) act separately if configured to option 0 and option 2 respectively;- BC2 will activated the disc "CD" and play CD, BV7 will activate

Justin: I know the BC2 is more expensive: but I never really considered - is it the aluminium materials and build that make it a "premium model" or is the CD transport/DAC better quality, so actual sound is better. I would assume (and that is all I am doing) that a CD only mechanism at the same price/slightly less than a standard BC2 is down
