Below was my last car. High on quality (it was like driving a gentlemans club on four wheels) but poor on reliability.. Every time i started it, there was a cacophony of warning bleeps, bells and whistles telling me to get it straight to my nearest Bentley dealer. I never expected that.
I always amuse myself thinking

Biggest problem I see in all this is the quality of the media. Unless you have certain recording labels, its all a waste of time and money. I can play certain albums in a BS5/BL5 combo and get completely blown away. On other albums, its just "uuh!". Not sure how any cable, isolation pad, wooden stylii or valve would be able to polish the turd

Over the past 14 years I have cleaned Avants, BV7-32, two 7-40's and now a BV10-46. The method has been the same without any damage to my equipment as far as I can detect. Try at your own risk. 1.
One more thing about China. As I have said before they make good in the trash can products. As an example. My 4th in under a year Samsung BD-D7500 Blu-ray player has just bit the dust. These are $350 US each, that 4 in under a year. And they only reason to buy this china crap, is because its PUC code for B&O.
Yes. If you start a cd on number/track level it will play the track and then the mots list of the track. If you select the cd and not a track then it will play the whole cd from begin to end. You can skip a number if you want.
Cant dot this...Remember there is no BeoSound 5 is attached which is where MOTs software
Could this be because of a legislative standby power requirement similar to the main speaker range?
I thought it was because it was made in China!
The anti-apple sentiment by some of you idiots is laughable. ( Nervous laughter on your part methinx ) When they release the Apple TV as a TV bno are finished. ( Sony too )
Flappo, Yes you are probably right. Perhaps we move one step closer to being a slave of the machine. Perhaps that is the problem all along
