The sizes quoted are in millimetres, so 16x16 or 3/4" X 3/4" would be just what you wanted. I looked on the Home Depot web site but I could not find any ducting whosoever, so I must assume they do not sell it on-line. The way it works is you cut it to length, stick it on the flat surface like the skirting, put the cables in it and the lid

Assuming your cable is running along the skirting to the BeoLab 4000's, then why not use stick-on minature box ducting. Here in the UK its available from almost all DIY stores. They look as below

Phil, The part number you quoted by the UK base certainly is for a UK base. The numbers I have quoted are the 4 digit type numbers, each country has a different type number as previously stated. I am focusing on something being triggered by the phone call and the fact that there appears to be some kind of timeout before you are back to a subsequent

I agree that it being fully intergrated is a major appeal. I saw in in action a few weeks ago and it does appear to work fine with the HDR2. In the UK the release of the module has been put back by 2 months apparantly by a technical problem linked to the UK market only. Other things to consider:- Is the phone line also ADSL/DSL enabled meaning its used for broadband as well as normal voice calls ? If so, has this broadband line been recently upgraded to a higher speed capability ? Do you have other phone points in the house connected to the BeoCom 6000 base station line ?

Given all the testing you have done and the units work at your friends house, it sounds like interference from another product within 300 metres of your base station. Do you have a WiFi network in your house or nearby ? Consider connecting a long phone cable from your phone point to the base station well away from its normal position to test if it is

I have a pair of BeoVox 5000's in my front room. I have had them from new, and they are good given their age etc. Several people have asked me if I would consider selling them, the answer was no Whilst physically a little large compared with todays active speaker range, they fit well into my environment. Vince, you say that reviews around the web

A couple of weeks ago I took delivery of a new Beocentre 6-23 and everything was up to the normal B&O quality level except the cable guide at the back of the unit which is held on by two screws. The curved guide had been spray painted matt black over the top of shiny black plastic and as soon as you touched it the paint flaked off. I went to my
