With most modern B&O products they have a pin code which has to be entered if the TV is unplugged from the mains power for more than 30 minutes. If you try and guess more than three times incorrectly, you then have to wait a further 3 hours before trying again. If you do not know the pin code, you will have to call the local B&O dealer. They

Nicholas, Nothing actually plugs into the EarSat 2 itself for charging. The DC power cable plugs into the holder, you place the Earsat 2 on the holder and a magnet pulls it into place and two gold contacts connect between the charger and the Earsat 2 itself. The charger with the EarSat 2 are different for each country or group of countries which use the same plug type. The reason is the power supply is in the same mounding as the plug itself. In my case in the UK it is mounded into the three pin UK plug. I believe there are 6 different charger types available depending on country. Clearly the DC voltage

The phone certainly offers the wow effect and when it comes to style its great, but as others have said in terms of technology and functionality we have moved on. I did not buy one, cost and value for money was one reason, the other was in this day and age I wanted a 3G (Third Generation) phone and the serene did not provide this. Keith..

Cheers Dave Dave, Can you confirm the codes of the colours of the wires coming from your German phone. I know someone who has a german B&O phone he is using in the UK, so I can ask him what the connections are. Keith
