I haven't heard the BL8000 with bass update either but a word of warning. I had my BL3/BL2 connected to the BV8-32 and when playing music on my BC2 the sound was significant worse then when connecting the BL3/BL2 directly to the BC2. I reconfigured it so that the BL3/BL2 are now connected directly to the BC2 and the BV8 speaker is on its own for

How to fix the Iphone? Use the rubber/plastic that is used on the BL3 and shatter proof glas that is available for eyewear.

Let me throw one out there. I find the design of the Iphone bad. Reason is, many many use bumper cases for it essentially ruining the look. Everybody drops a phone, happens all the time. A well designed phone should have the "drop" protection integrated into the product, not added through a rubber suit that essentially ruins the beautiful

I'd buy the BS9000 for it being the icon that it is. But, spending major bucks on a music system I would seriously consider the BS5 at this point. Maybe not yet for MAC environments, but in windows household certainly. BL5 are certainly the best, I would give BL3/BL2 or BL11 and BL9 a whirl though. I find that many of my CDs are not mastered well

the BV8 40" always had 3 HDMIs but in europe one is occupied for the tuner I bleive. Anyhow not to take this off topic, I am thinking how the Encore will work in my current system. Der BC2 setzt sich vermutlich zurueck auf Option 0 nach der Netztrennung weil du keine Beolab-Lautsprecher angeschlossen hast. Das macht der BS9000 genauso. Hast Du Beolab Lautsprecher dran, sollte das eigentlich nicht passieren.
