  • Re: RUMOUR - Beosound 9000 is to be discontinued

As for moving away from the BS 9000, it is in the cards, but to call one of the most recognizable icons, and still sought after products an "antiquated dinosaur" may be a bit harsh. The "21st Century" products from B&O could be seen as marketing failures in comparison to the aesthetic and interactive pleasure of the BS9000. Many

  • Re: Beovision 103 inch available in July for 111.805 US$

Is it just me or is the fact that a large piece of glass lowering to within inches of he floor, is a disaster just waiting to happen!! What is the real reason for this? The BL 10 is not that ugly, is it? This feature just seems to be more show than purpose, IMHO. Roger

  • Beolab 2 now available in White?

I must have missed discussion of it here on Beoworld. I had seen Lee's white beolab 2 and just noticed on the official B&O website that the Beolab 2 is now available in white. Was this done at at the same time the rest of the beolab line up was given the white treatment? Roger

  • Re: My experience with BeoLab 1 *warning this is a LONG post*

Enjoy the Beolab 1's. I love mine and after nearly three years I still find myself listening to them as often as I can. But then agian thats what I do wih all of our B&O. I did eventually purchase a BL 2 after my dealer loaned me one for a week. I was reluctant to add the BL 2 for purely aesthetic reasons, but it's addition has allowed the

  • Re: Beocenter 2 vs DVD 2 vs Playstation 3

erg4000, Very nice setup, I think I recall seeing pictures awhile back, did you have a projector, too? I have a BV 4-50" connected to a beosystem 1 and really like the picture quality, but have not tried the beosystem 3. What plasma/panel version do you have D8, D9? I purchased my BV 4 in 2006 and it's a D8 version and was told the beosystem

  • Re: Beo4 trade in

I can't say for all stores. Our local store is participating. I would assume this is a national promotion.

  • Re: 103-inch BeoVision 4 introduced - with cool video

Not practical in my situation, Love the thought and a definite WOW factor , but ...... the screen lowers to nearly floor level.......mmmmm am I the only one that sees problems with potential accidents just waiting to happen. Perhaps the size of his thing will scare the hell out of people and keep them at a safe distance. Also what would the distance
