Hello to all experts, I've installed the Apple Macbook XML from the Beo5 website to control frontrow on my Mac Mini (thanks to the uploader). In principle it works fine. The only issue is that it does not support fast scrolling which is a major problem if you want to browse lists with hundreds or thousands entries. This issue was already discussed

Thanks Keith, the first issue has just been solved by Peter Pan's post with the link to Version 2.2 (Just installed and anything works fine) Maybe you can help now with another small problem: how can I make a backup of my current configuration? I would like to "play" now with version 2.2 but keep the option to go back to start. Francis

Hi Mark, first of all, are you looking for an USB powered 2.5'' drive or an externally powered 3.5'' drive? I found it difficult to find portable 2.5'' drives with firewire and usb and are currently using several USB TrekStore drives up to 250 GB with no problems so far. I'm also using with my iMac via firewire a Buffalo

Genauso ist es. Ich bediene über einen MX 4000 im Arbeitszimmer via Converter und Masterlink einen BV 7 und eine Ouvertüre im Wohnzimmer. (nur der Klang der kleinenMX 4000 Lautsprecher ist natürlich nicht das gelbe vom Ei; vielleicht werde ich da noch mal mit größeren Lautsprechern nachhelfen) Viele Grüße Francis

Works great on my 16 GB Touch. Defintly better than Remote Buddy to control iTunes (Remote Buddy is however still more versatile since you may control other apps on your Mac as well) Someone in this thread mentioned it is for free. That's true but you have to buy the upgrade to 2.0 software firstly to be able to install any apps on an iPod / Iphone
