TerryM: I have been disappointed with the BV7 both in picture, and sound, quality. Auditioning both sets with Beolab 9 speakers, playing DVDs,sound quality with the 7 was markedly inferior to that from the 9. I can't completely agree with this. A few issues: 1) You can't compare a BV9 + BL9 to a BL7-40 with 7.1 (or similar) speaker set up. There

Killyp: I don't want to have to pay for a BeoVision 7 if I just want to play my 360 in HD. I should only be having to buy a BV7 for the main room!!! I know what you're saying. I know some Bath-based B&O customers who spent a fair amount of time in the Bath store recently, but simply couldn't justify a B&O TV in 2007. They already

You won't need full HD on the BV7 as the screen is too small. However, I *am* wanting a HDMI based 'all digital' BV7 and am holding out on my BV7-32 (2004 model) -> BV7-40, BL9, BL7.4 purchase, until I hear more info! Killyp: Notice the sound though? MILES ahead of anything else, it's completely uncompressed, IE CD quality on all channels. Oh yes. The Bath store has two BL5s connected and the sound was so impressive, a few people huddled outside the store thinking that there had been an explosion, in-store.

11048437: I have had a demonstration with the famous Blu-Ray and I was really disappointed. You are kidding? I saw the Playstation 3, with the Blu-ray Casino Royale DVD, via a BS3 and BV4-65 and the quality was out of this world - quite a few levels higher than my BV7-32 with standard Casino Royale DVD!

Now that *is* interesting. I could do with an audio-only BC2. Any idea on the release of updated BC2? First post on the new forum. Still trying to get used to this new design.
