Hvis ikke reset av basestasjonen fungerer, så anbefaler jeg at du tar den med til en forhandler for en rask diagnose og mulig oppdatering av software. Roger

Sure, no problem - but for the TV you do need the service tool, for the BR player your dealer can burn the update to a disc (the ethernet update should be done by a dealer). Roger

Yes, it is available now on the B&O intranet (sw v 2.11a). Roger

Trip is, as always, correct. They set out to release both updates on Nov 15th, but the two-way was not released - I am a bit worried as they did not provide a new date for the two-way S/W, just a "changed deadline" remark. @Trip: will there be some type of hardware add-on to the BM5, a USB wifi-thing to make the two-way work, or will it require

@Räuber: Tried to get a Sony VPL-VW90ES to work with the 7-55 mkII, but there is some serious interefence going on between the two in-compatible 3D IR systems. We ran it by Struer and the short answer is: This is software related and an update will be released soon (I belive the date was set to 19th December or somewhere around there). And, yes

@koning: Which is why I wrote it the way I did. People go around looking at shiny super thin glas LED LCD TVs at other stores, enter the B&O store and look at the casual looking BV8 and then at the shiny BV10. The BV8 doesn´t look expensive enough for them. But, I do prefer the BV8-40 over the 10-40. Picture is the same, but the sound does

The prices will be based on the new philosophy by B&O, taking us back to the glory days of CRT when the Avant was twice the price of the other premium products. And the MX was just a little bit more expensive than the competition. The BeoVision 8 series was simply to expensive to sell in any numbers for what it was (seen as), while the BV10 turned

The new entry level BeoVision looks a bit like an iMac as stated by others. Very cool placement options - and fresh approach from B&O (even possible to hang it from the ceiling). Prices will be approx 15.000 DKK for the 32" and 20.000 DKK for the 40" (ie a less expensive than the BV8 by some margin). Should be available in Feb-12. Roger

Very sad news, indeed. He defined B&O. The designs were above brilliant as he sticked to his belives and he challenged the engineers in a way that helped defined what B&O is all about. Roger
