Why not mount your lab3s? I think these would look excellent next to the AV9000. People do not understand how heavy this TV really is!! and when you change your base, please let me know what you did becasue I gave up!!

I have also just bought a Louis Poulsen 70s original Panthella floor standing lamp! Just praying it gets to me in one piece!!! and hide it before the "other" half sees it!!

Peter: I use that with my AV9000 and DVD controller. Speaking of which! have you had chance to get a photo yet!??! I know you have been busy! but I am real eager to see this AV9000!

Get the 8000s!! Either speaker when paired with a lab2 will be excellent so its really down to wether you like the warmer sound of the 8000s than the more "clinical" lab3. I would probably have lab1s with a lab2 but they are just too big! so quite happy with my lab8000 and 2 combo. The 8000s are still stunning, is there really a better looking
