I just went into the B&O shop and the man in it was very helpful. He thought that if i bought a 3.5mm to 5 pin din cable i could plug this into the copy input socket. Then if i pressed in the record button inside the tape deck and put the player on record the signal from my ipod would play through into the speakers. Could anyone back him up on this

Well if anyone could advise me on connecting the ipod headphone cable to a microphone input cable that would be great!? Out of interest does anyone know how the sound quality is on those ipod cassette emulators? I have never used one. Thanks!

No theres not, only the inputs for the speakers and 2 other smaller sockets which i think are to do with the radio.

Hi Jonathan thanks for your quick reply! Thats my problem though, there is not an input marked aux on the unit? The sockets for "mic" and "copy" appear to have the same shape as the 5 pin din though? So not sure if you could plug it into one of them? I just dont want to waste money on a cable that wont work! Graham
