How would I check the loose connection on the vmicro-phone?

Hi Jonathon I have tried un-muting, When I press the mute button I get a beeping sound? Anything else I can do to check whats going on?

Hi Stoobie That diagram did help a little, but what I really need to know is what colour relates to each pin. From that diagram I can see that the pins are numbered and what each wire does but not where they go. So if anybody else can help it would be greatly apprieceiated. Nidul

Guys I have a problem with my stand, which very stupidly was caused by me! I have just recently brought an MX7000 with a motorised stand, it worked great and I was very happy with the picture and the sound was good to! Hi guys, I checked the phone over and the cord at both ends is in perfect condition, nearly brand new or thats what it looks like to me. Now I can hear a dial tone, and when I ring somebody, when they pick up, I can hear them very clearly, but the can not hear me. I think there is a problem with the microphone. I'm not sure what to do guys any advice

Hi guys, I hope everybody is good. I have been really busy of late with a bouncing baby boy of three months to look after so I haven't had much time for B&O although I have been expanding my collection still!!! ;-) I have brought a MCP 5500 to use with my Beosystem 7000 althogh I haven't had a chance to play yet, baby has taken over!!
