    Thanks for that. Will give it a try. Did you find out about it from the instruction book or did yuou discover it by chance? I have looked in the instr. book, but either it's not there or I didn't spend long enough looking.

  • Opening and closing of DVD player on BeoVision 7

    I pressed 'DVD' on the Beo4 remote and the DVD player opened out. I placed a disc inside and it closed when I used the Beo4 remote again. I don't seem able to get the DVD player to open using the remote so that I can remove the disc. I know that you can use the bar which is next to the DVD player on the actual TV, but is it possible to do

  • Whether to unplug or to leave TV on stand-by?

    To avoid entering the PIN each time the TV is plugged in, I guess most of you leave the TV in the stand-by position? In the event of a thunderstorm and the TV being in the stand-by position, it is surely at some risk. Therefore, if I am leaving the house for a full day, would the safest thing be to unplug the TV before I go out? Do any of you always

    Thanks for the advice. Just out of interest - those of you that have a Beovision 7, what sort of protection did the actual TV screen come with and how impressed were you with the B&O packaging?

  • Cleaning the screen on Beovision 7

    Advice needed please on what to use for cleaning the glass screen on new Beovision 7. It's brand new and shouldn't have any marks on the screen, but it does. Have tried a soft duster, but this does not remove the marks. Manual says to use a window cleaning product, but they all seem to contain vinegar, which surely cannot be any good for the
