  • repair in new york city

who do people use in new york city? when buying vintage pieces online, ones that are marked 'for repair only', is there certain things one should avoid? like....avoid cd players, etc.. or is everything fixable? also, if you wanted to learn how to fix yourself, who would teach you? is there a school for this? I know......too many questions..
