    thanks a lot for the link I was not able to find... shame on me ;) I confirm that you have to run a 32 bit OS in order to use this tool. I use it inside a virtual machine and it works well! but... the interface is so 95!!!! incredible ;)

    fun to read! I recently get a used Beomedia 1 in order to dismantle it, anlyze the software setup in order to make a Beomedia 1+. It will recquire some work, but it is possible to take out the PCI ML card (which is like a Beoport) and install it in another motherboard. Regarding the drivers, there is everything with Beoport install. Concerning the software

    Hi hfat, It is already NMUSIC compatible because it is working with Beoport. I try to find a setup in the Beocenter 2 in order to configure it as a audio master, but there was nothing. I download the latest guide and nothing here neither... sergio

    after spent time reading older post and digging on Internet, it seems that the Beomedia 1 can not be a master audio and thus can not act as a PC + Beoport... is this correct? sergio

  • Beocenter 2, Beoport and Beomedia...

    Hi folks! Again... I am posting on the forum to be helped as I am out of solution... :) Here is my problem. At first I had a Beocenter 2 connected to a Beoport which was connected to my PC. Everything was running well and I was able to get my music from the computer to the Beocenter 2 using the NMUSIC functionnality. Everything was perfectly working

    I will vote for the BC2. I recently buy a second hand unit and I am delighted by it. The socket unit could easily hidden somewhere. Bad point to not have HDMI output, but I will not connect it to a TV so it suits my need. I get a Beoport, then a Beomedia 1 and it also plays flawlessly my mp3. Like you I was hesitating between the 2 products, but I was

    SOLVED!!! Beolink option must be set to 2 when using a Beoport and a PC. It was not, I shloud have move it trying some setup... bad idea! Thanks for the help. Now I just have to reconfigure the Beomedia 1 ;)

    after spending some time on internet, I manage to get more infos about the error code. F8 40 00 02 07 : RMP TRACK NOT FOUND TIMEOUT F8 40 00 01 04 : RMP START UP TIMEOUT Both get the answer : DVDM, SW bug check for Master Unit SW update So I may have to bring them to my dealer... Or maybe someone already get the same problem. Basically, NMUSIC and NRADIO

    Nope, it did nothing. I already tried, but try much longer (unplugging everything), still the same. I manage to give a look at the error code of the Beocenter 2 : NVMEM : F8 40 00 02 07 (multiple time, at a date consistent with my problem) F8 40 00 01 04 VMEM : A0 20 06 00 00 I do not really understand what are the problem. Do I need to get it serviced
