Can anybody tell me what the problem is, just started happening today. Whether I use the beogram or cd 7000 after about 5 minutes the system clicks off. Doesent seem to be excess heat coming from the amp. I have the cd 7000 at the bottom beomaster above that and the beogram on top. Any ideas? Thanks all

Quick question. Seen an old car stereo amp in a junk shop has a 5 pin din connection and right and left channel wires coming from the box,but also has 2 two pin din sockets for the car speakers I guess. Any chance of modifiying this as a beogram pre amp or using it as one. Or is it totaly wrong. Thanks

Hi all, Just a few quick questions i need clarification on. I have recently aquired a beogram 5500. I already own a beomaster7000 and beocd7000. Am i correct in thinking that the 5500 is not compatible with the 7000 amp? and i will need to purchase a preamp? Second the stylus is missing from the mmc4 cartridge. Is there a solution to this? is a cartridge

seems like there are more cons than pros on this machine. Iam sure its a sturdy piece of kit and well made, Just not very elegant i guess and a bit temperamental.

Hello, was curious about peoples thoughts on the B&O dvd 1. Is it any good? i know its quite old now but i have the chance of getting one, was wondering if its still up to standard. Not to compare with modern bluray or anything, just the functions and quality. Should i part with my cash? or just buy a new dvd player. Any information would be gratefull

Ok Finally! all wired correctly and working well. At last! Thanks again. Been a real help. Any suggestions on some B&O speakers that work well with this system? Thanks.

Ok all wires are now connected and audio is ok, but when using the beolink 1000 remote only volume responds. when you try to skip a track or press any button i get a horrible loud bleeping sound from the speakers and no response. Any idea what this could be? Bit of a nightmare but an experince this has been.

Think ive solved the mystery, and you were entirely correct after lifting the pcb board and investigating, the original b&o din cable has been cut and joined to another cable for some reason by the previous owner. the layout is the same as yours coming from the pcb board , white, black, black ,red and the blue data link which has been terminated
