Sounds like the folder motor has failed - only repair is in Denmark and it will be silly expensive!

I've worked with Bang & Olufsen for over 25 years now - starting off as a service engineer, and working my way up to store owner. I fully understand that people who buy Bang & Olufsen have high expectations of the brand, and those that work in its stores - exceptional

I'm technical and repair these in store whilst customers wait - but a lot of dealers would send away for repair which does bump up the costs...
