its very difficult not to scratch the glass panels while scraping the glue off. I used lamp oil and make a basket from aluminum foil to soak the panels in it for a hour. well the symptom was that the cd spun and went on standby after a couple of seconds and then shuts off in standby. So I replaced all of the caps on the filterboard. The result is that the cd spins much longer 10-15 seconds and then shuts off in standby mode. I looked at the laser and i do not see any glow. That is why my diagnose is a faulty laser.

Thanks Menahem, the rims i already got from an other forum member. the Th espra digital counter segmnt works every now and then, so i will look into it maybe its a dry solder point. The speaker relay I will swap with a new one, I understood this can be any 6V relay.
