Have a Beosound 3000 type 2671 and does not respond while sliding doors operate and seems that is powered up. A technician told me that need to change the mother board and the eeprom at a high cost. Is it possible to get these items directly from the factory or other bigger service dealer? Does this anything do to with locked system or is this only
