New drivers for the M100/75 will be almost impossible to find but it could well be possible to get the old drivers repaired. I have M100s and they are a beautifully finished and superb sounding loudspeaker. I have had almost every type of passive B&O speaker and the M100 is the one I will keep.

Depressingly little - the cartridge is certainly worth more than the turntable. It is a user rather than a seller.

The tracking angle is the same - the compliance is not.

SP cartridges are complicated!! For a 1202, the best cartridge will be an SP12 - this is a high compliance model designed for the newer arm seen in the 1200 range of turntables - the SP6-7 and SP14 are medium compliance cartridges made for the older arm seen on the Beogram 1000.
